Key deliverables
- Conducted a key stakeholder audit to baseline its regional reputation and established new protocols for its engagement with regulators and legislators.
- Successfully engaged Infrastructure NSW in a gateway funding application process for RAS’ Showgrounds redevelopment.
- Designed and delivered a compelling marketing document to explain the redevelopment vision to members and regulators.
- Executed a strategy to leverage RAS’ land control in Light Rail negotiations with Transport for NSW and the Sydney Olympic Park Authority.
- Staged a VIP stakeholder event at the Easter Show for politicians and their families to build RAS awareness.
