City of Parramatta

StratWest staff supported the City of Parramatta’s engagement and marketing strategy through the delivery of a Stakeholder Perception and Research Study of high-powered contacts in government, industry, media, and the community.
Key deliverables
  • An accurate assessment of the perceptions of the City held by key stakeholders.
  • Identification of barriers that prevent the City from overcoming historical/recent perceptions, prejudices, attitudes, as well as opportunities the City can leverage to deliver its growth agenda.
  • Provided Council with numerous strategic and tactical recommendations in response to issues raised in stakeholder feedback.
  • Advised Council on strategic partnerships to best support its Engagement and Advocacy Plan.
  • Helped embed ‘Brand Parramatta’ across a range of stakeholder groups.
