StratWest staff have led two major reviews of key stakeholder perceptions about Western Sydney International Airport to help shape the Board’s strategic approach. This research has been delivered as part of a wider and ongoing strategic advisory function for WSI.

  • Identified barriers that might prevent the Airport from engaging and maintaining partner interest.
  • Provided strategic and tactical recommendations about sentiment/issues raised by those surveyed.
  • Advised how to leverage brand and reputation to strengthen and promote its messaging.
  • Outlined an approach to help navigate complex stakeholder networks.
  • Strategic advice about key government influencers, formal and informal briefings to the WSI Chair and Board about prevailing local, state and federal political climate and discreet counsel to the CEO on the recruitment of a new head of Corporate Affairs.
