EY

EY engaged team members to provide strategic advice to guide its Greater Western Sydney market entry strategy, as its Partners considered launching a regional office.
Key deliverables

  • Helped EY build its brand and reputation in Western Sydney, including partnering on knowledge leadership, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Development of a target stakeholder list with context around roles and relationships to inform any further engagement that may be necessary to pitch EY’s credentials.
  • Facilitation of access for EY to the Canterbury- Bankstown Forum, and the provision of required background and additional insights associated.
  • Recommendation of regional NGO Boards where EY Partners could serve as honorary board members.
